     My Maxisys Pro screen is getting off / going to sleep mode frequently when in use , the sleep time setted up is 10 minutes. is it a screen issue / LCD Issue and what is the solution

     How old is it your tool and how did it start happening this................? Do you still have your updates subscription valid.........? if yes than try to reset to factory reset and see if that helps, if you don't have valid subscription than don't do that as it might not go through the Autel server to load files.
